重機用GICL標準ドラムギアシャフトカップリング
製品説明
GICLドラムギヤカップリングは、同歯数のハーフカップリング、内輪、外フランジで構成されています。外歯はストレート歯と2種類のドラム歯です。歯は歯の外球です。
(1) GIICL は、より大きな角変位 (ストレート ツース カップリングと比較して) を可能にするため、歯の接触状態が改善され、伝達トルク容量が改善され、耐用年数が延長されます。歯幅方向に沿った角度変位の接触状態。
（2）コンパクトな構造、小さな回転半径、大きな支持力、高い伝達効率、低騒音、および長いメンテナンスサイクルによる、半径方向、軸方向、角度方向のずれおよび軸方向のずれの補償機能。
(3) 冶金、鉱業、持ち上げおよび輸送産業、ならびに石油化学産業の駆動シャフト、一般機械およびその他の機械などの低速および高負荷条件に適用できます。
