製品の説明

力機械と働く機械間のJSSの倍のフランジのヘビのばねの格子カップリングはshafting輸送システムを形作る1つのまたは複数の異なった種類か異なったタイプのカップリングを通して主要な、運転された端を接続する。JSSの倍のフランジのヘビのばねの格子カップリングの主要な構造は2.5のカップリング、2.5カバー、2つのシール リングから成り、ヘビははねる。2つの半分のカップリングの気胞で埋め込まれるヘビのばねによってトルクを送信することを設計する。カップリングは蛇行したばねまでに2.5カップリングのスロットに、運転シャフトと運転されたシャフト間のリンクを実現するために挿入される。連続した場合、トルクを移すためにばねが運転された端を運転する活動的な端の歯の表面軸力のヘビにあったり従って主として共鳴現象、伸縮性がある変数を避け、機械システムによって発生する送信のトルクのリードは平均減少率達した36%以上よい弱まる効果を得ることができる。
